SuppCo Data Analysis
Supplement scanner and tracker app SuppCo with database of over 170.000 users and 250.000 supplements shared insights concluded from their data:

  • Only 0,1% of products in SuppCo users’ stacks met the TrustScore bar as a clinically studied product, which is 73 out of 75,500 unique products. 14% of SuppCo users have a clinically studied product in their stack. Most popular products on the app are AG1’s The Pouch, Fatty15’s C15:0 Fatty Acid Supplement, and Timeline’s Longevity Supplement.
  • SuppCo third-party tested 10 of the most popular NAD+ products, of which only 4 products passed the test, delivering at least 95% of the NAD+ as claimed on their labels. Several products contained less than 5% of their claimed NAD+, with one containing 0% detectable NAD+.
  • SuppCo checked six brain health supplements to see how often they are included in users’ stacks. Omega-3 fatty acids and turmeric curcumin were the most popular, both present in over 30% of stacks, while CDP-choline and magnesium L-threonate were present in only 1% of stacks.
