In a 28-day trial involving 120 participants, those who received LBP27 (10bn or 50bn CFUs/day) experienced significant improvements in sleep duration compared to the placebo group, gaining 1.07 and 1.04 additional hours of sleep, respectively, as measured by wearable devices.
